The structure of the guild is as follows:

Supreme chancellor

Leads the guild but is largely powerless. Will only interfere if the founding principles of the guild are threatened.

minister of Defense

Organizes the response when the republic is under threat. The minister of defense is knowledgeable in all matters related to operations, flashpoints and world bosses, leading operations to neutralize threats. This is an elected position.

MINISTER OF SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Organizes the better things in life. The minister of social affairs will arrange a diversity of events ranging from social gatherings to mass datacron runs. Expect the unexpected here! This is an elected position.

minister of Craft

Organizes the effort to keep everyone in perfect equipment. The minister of craft is knowledgeable in all matters related to the crafts and can point you in the best direction to make or gain new equipment. This is an elected position.

MINISTER OF WAR

Leads the battle against the empire. The minister of war is knowledgeable in all matters pvp and can be asked to explain every aspect of it, leading groups in to warzones to conquer. This is an elected position.

Senator (of war/defense/craft/social)

Senators can be retired ministers taking it slow for a while. They are still very good sources of information but it might be hard to get an appointment with one. Also some citizens can, on rare occasion, be appointed as senator due to outstanding accomplishments.

Representative

Citizens who help other citizens, or the guild in general and stand out can be rewarded with this rank. It is a rank that can be given by the citizens, if a certain amount of citizens feels someone deserves to become a representative than it will happen. (voting mechanics for this will be added at a later stage).

Citizen

Aspiring members who have proven that they respect the founding principles of the guild and have had no objections from existing citizens, will be awarded with the rank of citizen.

Aspirant

Potential members who are interested in joining our guild. They have been given a period as aspirant to see if they like our guild and if they want to become a citizen.
